       M-12 Vista Amplifier
The M12 Vista Amplifier is compatible with all Plantronics H-Series headsets, and is compatible with most single and multi-line telephones. Features include mute, one-button selection between headset and handset, separate outgoing/incoming volume controls, easy set up, excellent sound quality and the convenient QuickDisconnect feature. Two AA batteries are included.

       One Touch
for Avaya Partner Telephones
This unit connects any Plantronics H-Series headset to AT&T/Lucent/Avaya "Partner" and "Partner Plus" telephones. Features include flash, volume control and mute. Allows use of headset without need to lift handset off cradle for each call
("on hook function") for Partner and Partner Plus phones.









       Quick Disconnect
Plantronics QuickDisconnect (also called "QD") refers to the flat, black, plastic connector at the end of every Plantronics H-series headset The QD allows you to leave your desk while still wearing your headset. Simply pull apart the two QD pieces to leave your desk and snap them back together when you return. This eliminates the need to continually take your headset on and off and reposition it on your head or ear every time you need to leave your desk. The QD also acts as an "on hold" function. If you pull apart during a call, simply snap the QD pieces back together to resume your call.
