    If our technicians do not repair the trouble right the first time,
    the additional service call(s) are     FREE *

    • Any service call performed by Hicks Telecommunication, Inc. will result in the originally reported trouble being repaired,
      (or at least properly diagnosed) or there is no labor charge for the additional service calls applied to the customer.
    • If our technicians cannot diagnose the trouble within (1) one hour there will be no labor charged.
    • All service calls may be subject to a $15.00 trip charge.
    • This offer is not inclusive to parts or programming that may break or alter during the course of repairs due to age
      or condition of customer's equipment or cabling, or additional problems not known at time of original reported trouble.
    • Service calls originating due to a lack of customers training on their equipment or improper understanding
      of the capabilities / limitations of their equipment will not be covered by this offer.
    • Service calls requiring purchasing of additional hardware, cabling, software, or programming to assure proper repairs of reported trouble, which will require authorization from the customer (verbal or otherwise), will be charged to the customer.
    • A trouble which is not present or can not be properly reproduced at time of technician arrival, is not covered by this offer.
    • This offer does not apply to service calls on equipment which parts and or services are no longer available
      due to outdated, or limited manufacturer production.
